These Terms and Conditions govern the use of noboclub.com and the collective-financing intermediation services provided by Noboclub S.A.S. By using the site you fully accept these terms.

1. Service provider identification

Noboclub S.A.S., an Ecuadorian company incorporated in Quito on March 4, 2024, tax ID 1793209876001, file 0092-24 at the Superintendency of Companies, Securities and Insurance of Ecuador, registered as a reporting entity before UAFE under Resolution JPRF-F-2024-078.

2. Purpose

Noboclub operates a technology platform that connects investors with Ecuadorian real-estate developers seeking financing via crowdlending, within the framework of Ecuador's Organic Law of Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

3. User requirements

To invest you must be of legal age, hold a valid Ecuadorian national ID or passport, pass the Noboclub KYC process and have an account at an authorised Ecuadorian financial institution.

4. Investment risk

Investment in real estate crowdlending is NOT guaranteed by COSEDE or the Ecuadorian State. There is a risk of partial or total loss of capital, payment delays and lack of liquidity. Past performance does not guarantee future returns.

5. Fees

Noboclub charges the developer a success fee on the capital raised. The investor pays no entry, maintenance or exit fees. Applicable taxes (Income Tax) are borne by the investor.

6. Intellectual property

All site content (text, graphics, code, trademarks) belongs to Noboclub S.A.S. or its licensors and is protected by Ecuador's Intellectual Property Law.

7. Liability

Noboclub acts as an intermediary and performs due-diligence analysis but does not guarantee project success or accept liability for user investment decisions.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Ecuadorian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Quito, Republic of Ecuador, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction.
